Go skateboarding at the Redondo Beach Pier Skatepark, boogie board, sail, scuba dive, skimboard, snorkel or surf south of the Pier. Swim at the beach or in Seaside Lagoon. Take a ride aboard a mini yellow semi-submarine with underwater viewing of the local sea life or a harbor nature cruise. Experience a seasonal whale watching trip (December – April). Rent a kayak, pedal boat or stand-up paddle board (SUP) and take a self-guided tour of King Harbor. Sailing and SUP lessons and rentals along with SUP storage is also conveniently available. Charter a boat or join others for a half or full day of sportfishing or fish in one of the designated areas along the Pier. The shops on the pier and boardwalk carry all of the essential beach tackle items you might need. Enjoy lunch or dinner on the Pier or boardwalk after one of these many family friendly activities.
